1. Who we are and how to contact us

CheckWink is operated by Blanc Magenta S.E.N.C..

2. The Service

CheckWink performs a limited, automated review of publicly available website information and provides findings, explanations, and suggested next steps. The Service is offered to customers located in Canada. You may use it as an individual or on behalf of an organization.

CheckWink is a practical pre-launch aid. It is not a guarantee that a website is error-free, secure, compliant, accessible, fast, indexed, ranked, cited, or suitable for every visitor.

3. Your responsibilities

You may submit only a website you own, manage, or are authorized to review through ordinary public requests. Do not use CheckWink to probe private systems, bypass controls, disrupt a website, or process confidential information. Do not submit private URLs, passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, password-reset links, or other sensitive information.

You remain responsible for verifying automated findings and for every change you make to a website, system, or project. Accessibility checks do not replace manual testing; passive security checks are not penetration testing; and AI Discoverability does not guarantee inclusion, ranking, citation, or recommendation.

4. Price, taxes, and payment

The full CheckWink report is sold as a one-time payment of CAD $39, plus applicable GST, QST, and other applicable taxes. There is no subscription.

Before you confirm payment, Stripe's hosted checkout page shows the applicable taxes and the total amount payable. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store complete payment-card credentials.

5. Delivery and access

After payment is successfully confirmed, the full private report is normally made available within minutes and no later than 24 hours. The report is delivered through the private report link associated with the website review. Keep that link confidential: anyone with the complete valid link may be able to access the report while it remains active.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

Because the report is a digital service generated for the submitted website and made available after payment, we generally do not provide a refund once the full report has been unlocked or delivered. Contact us promptly if you were charged twice or if a verified CheckWink failure prevents delivery; we will review the situation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available to consumers in Québec or elsewhere in Canada.

7. Service availability and limits

External services, public websites, and automated tools can fail or vary. We may pause, limit, or refuse a review where it presents a security risk, violates these Terms, exceeds reasonable usage limits, or relies on an unavailable external service. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or complete results.

8. No professional advice

CheckWink does not provide legal, compliance, security, accessibility, SEO, accounting, tax, or financial advice. Seek qualified professional advice where specialist judgment is required.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using CheckWink, you acknowledge that policy.

10. Québec language notice and applicable law

A French version of these Terms is available at /terms/fr. For Québec consumers, the French version is made available before you choose to use an English version. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec and Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
